Three things. First, it surfaces patterns across every application and response so you can see your search clearly. Second, it scores your pitch for a specific role and tells you exactly what's weak — with concrete suggestions. Third, it learns your dealbreakers and preferences over time so you stop seeing roles that were never right for you.

Do I need to upload a résumé?

How do you handle my data?
Your conversations, your profile, and your dealbreakers stay yours. We use your data to make your agent better — nothing else. We don't share it with employers, recruiters, or third parties.
Will you sell my information to recruiters or companies?
No. This is a named commitment, not fine print. Jessy works for you, not for employers. We will never sell your data to recruiters.
What AI model do you use? Does my data leak to third-party AI providers?
We use frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic) under zero-retention agreements — prompts and completions aren't used to train their models. Your conversations are stored in our database, encrypted at rest, accessible only to you and the agent built on your profile.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your profile and conversation history at any time. On cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it — no shadow copies, no analytics exhaust.
Who built this and why should I trust you?
Jessy is built by a small team of engineers who've been through the hiring ringer ourselves. We're privately funded (no ad-driven investors pushing growth-at-all-costs). Our business model is simple: you pay us, we work for you. If we ever change that, it's a different product.
